Nathalie Albieri Laureano

Nathalie has more than 15 years of experience working with human rights issues. Most recently, she has worked with public policy, sustainability and human rights at multinational companies in the personal care (Natura) and petrochemical (Braskem) industries. She has experience in human rights public policy in the federal government of Brazil (2010-2015), as advisor at the Executive Office of the Presidency and the Ministry of Human Rights. She also worked with human rights research, policy and advocacy in international organizations and NGOs, such as the Organization of American States, the World Bank Group, Human Rights Watch, Center for Human Rights and Global Justice (USA), and the Legal Resources Centre (South Africa).
Nathalie holds a master’s degree (LL.M.) in International Legal Studies from New York University, with an emphasis in International Human Rights Law, a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of São Paulo (USP), and participated of research programs at Howard University and Yale Law School (USA).
