Armindo Souza

Armindo has experience in sustainability, risk management, stakeholder management, private social investment, and corporate social responsibility. His international experience includes the presidency of the Vale Colombia Foundation and a management position with the Vale Coal company in Colombia.

He also has more than 30 years of experience working at multinational mining company, in position as business management, general management, corporate governance, start-ups, budget planning, economic management, performance monitoring, and project management.

Armindo holds a bachelor’s of science in mathematics from Federal University of Rio de Janeiro , a master’s of science in software engineering from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, an executive MBA from Coppead-Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, and certificates on advanced management program from the Columbia Business School in New York and Kellogg Graduate School of Management in Illinois.
