Rafaella Monesi

Rafaella has experience in Business and Human Rights, working on projects aimed at promoting decent work and eradicating slave and child labor in value chains, and evaluating the impacts of large infrastructure works on indigenous peoples and traditional communities in the Amazon. She worked with the textile, retail, agribusiness, electrical and mining sectors. She has experience in developing and conducting training aimed at the integration and intersection of the Human Rights and Sustainable Development Goals agendas in the business strategy, and the Due Diligence in Human Rights.

Rafaella holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from the São Paulo Law School of Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV Direito SP). Conducted the Climate Leadership for the 21st Century course developed by Youth Climate Leaders in partnership with Columbia Global Centers Rio de Janeiro.
