Rosangela Bacima

Rosangela is a consultant and strategist in corporate human and social capital. She acts in the promotion of sustainable management through strategic projects focused on sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and private social investment. In addition, she carries out projects focused on organizational development and the development of executives, leaders, and teams.

Rosangela is a psychologist, with a specialization degree in business administration from Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado (FAAP-São Paulo) and a master’s in human resources administration with a focus on sustainable development and private social investment from the Pontifical University of São Paulo.

She is also a Psychoanalyst, trained by Italian Association of Psychosocioanalysis She is an executive and business coach and is certified by the Brazilian Association of Executive and Business Coaching (ABRACEM). She specializes in The Inner Game Coaching by The Inner Game International School in Brazil.
